Tarea de Computación para Martes 29 de Enero, 2008

Utilizando las funciones financieras básicas de Excell (VF, Nper, TASA, PAGO, VA) lleva acabo el siguiente problema complejo:

Tienes un cliente estadounidense que te pide que calcules cuál es la diferencia de PAGO y de Valor Final por el préstamo de su casa, según los periódos mensuales que pudo haber escogido a 5, 10 y 20 años, por una casa de 500,000 dólares.

Si la TASA fija hubiese sido del 4.5% como estuvo a finales del año 2007 ¿Cuanto tendría que pagar por el total del préstamo?
Si la TASA fija hubiese sido del 3.5% como se ha congelado actualmente por el gobierno federal ¿Cuanto tendría que pagar por el total del préstamo?

Si la TASA fija hubiese sido del 1.7% como a principios de los noventa ¿Cuanto tendría que pagar por el total del préstamo?

No olvides que debes considerar por cada inciso, los 3 números de periodos mensuales. (60, 120 y 240 meses)

Se requiere que entregues tanto PAGO como VF

¡Hola chicos!
Es muy importante hacer todas las tareas; las de este tema nos ayudará mucho a aprender vivir y convivir en este mundo globalizado, y a la vez, a mejorar todas las relaciones interpersonales.
*Para martes 22 de enero: Estudiar los apuntes sobre los temas primeros del Bloque III, -trabajados la semana pasada: desde el reto a aprender a convivir hasta el conflicto-, así como las notas tomadas en clase.
*Para miércoles 23 de enero: ver un programa de T.V. que contenga alguno de los temas; hacer anotaciones en el cuaderno sobre el mismo para ahcer mesa redonda en clase.
*Para viernes 25 de enero: Traer el libro leído el semestre pasado, para formación en valores, y traer en el cuaderno tres textos obtenidos por una encuesta hecha a tres Directores y Profesores a partir de las siguientes preguntas:
1.¿Qué es convivir sanamente?
2.¿Qué valores requerimos desarrollar para aprender a convivir?
3.¿Cuáles son los obstáculos principales, que se presentan entre los adolescentes, para convivir adecuadamente?

3) Know the basic plots of the stories and what happens in them, along with the characters’ names and the settings of the stories. (MULTIPLE CHOICE AND SHORT ANSWER)

4) Know the following literary concepts from the book: moral; motive; prefixes and suffixes; conflict and internal conflict; climax; idioms; tone; point of view; direct and indirect characterization; foreshadowing; narrator’s description. (MULTIPLE CHOICE)
